APMG International™ is a global accreditation and examination institute. They administer a range of professional management qualifications and accreditation schemes that support individuals and organizations in key management disciplines, including Change Management, Programme, and Project Management.

Change Management

Dealing with change and the impact of change is a high priority for all organizations. The Change Management Certification has been developed by APMG in partnership with the Change Management Institute (CMI), an independent, global professional association of change managers.

Together, they have developed a professional ‘body of knowledge’ for the discipline of change management. This body of knowledge now provides an independent benchmark for the professional knowledge expected of an effective change manager.

APMG’s Change Management certification is fully aligned with the change management body of knowledge. The syllabus samples a wide range of knowledge regarding the theory and practice of change management, including:

• change and the individual

• change and the organization

• communication and stakeholder engagement

• change practice

QRB Management Consultants deliver accredited training on this body of knowledge using approved materials and accredited trainers.

There are two levels of qualification available:

• Foundation – 3 days training, multiple choice exam

• Practitioner – 2 days training, objective text exam

These events can be held separately or combined into one 5-day course.

Participation on the Practitioner course is subject to successfully passing the Foundation exam.
