The APM Project Management Qualification
The APM Project Management Qualification is a knowledge based qualification that enables candidates to demonstrate knowledge of all areas of project management. Candidates will be able to demonstrate their understanding of how these elements interact and how their project fits into their environments.
It is aimed at people wishing to achieve and demonstrate a broad level of project management knowledge so they can participate in projects.
Based on the APM Body of Knowledge 6th edition some of the areas covered in this course include budgeting, cost management, conflict management, communication, earned value management, leadership, negotiation, and teamwork.
For candidates that are already registered PRINCE2 Practitioners, there is a fast option to the qualification that covers areas not prescribed in detail for the PRINCE2 qualification.
QRB Management Consultants deliver accredited training for the APM Project Management qualification using approved materials and accredited trainers.
There are no pre-requisites for these examinations but the experience of having worked on projects would be useful to be able to demonstrate understanding in exam answers.
